Not to be negative, but I just feel like this was a wasted opportunity to hear from the greatest defensive player to ever play the game. You guys started off saying LT doesn't do alot of interviews, but yall talking about women's hair and equal opportunity. We want questions about LTs career on and off the field, and not to seem sexist or anything, cuz both of the ladies on the cast are beyond beautiful (especially Ashley 😍🤤😋), and i love women and i believe what they have to say is important...but as a football fan, I wanted to hear about LTs battles and struggles and any and everything he was willing to share...

To be honest this interview making me question if I'm sexist lol. You could tell she doesn't really know about LT or that era. I think even referenced the 90's as LT's era. LT starts talking young belichek and she brings up same old tired brady vs belichick argument or social media branding. Could have asked about so many things from HIS era. How was it facing a young Randall Cunningham? Off the field stories, coaching strategies used against him, battles with Montana, the Redskins and Hog era, Winning a SB with a back-up QB in one of the best SBs of all time etc....

I haven't seen an I Am Athlete Podcast in quite some time. When I scrolled through the playlist and saw Lawrence Taylor, I was super excited. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. LT is in that sacred tier of sports legends. He is in the same rare air as Jim Brown, Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry Rice, Michael Jordan, Willie Mays and few others. That he should be subjected to the level of disrespect shown by Brandon is unconscionable. How could Brandon, a former NFL player, not be aware of the significance and impact LT had on the game. To sit with a legend who admittedly doesn't do many interviews, and waste his and the viewers time, rambling on about social media presence is unforgivable. I hope there are other recent LT podcast interviews floating around that I've yet to discover. This one was just bad.

As an league alumni, I feel what LT is saying, when we step on that field, we are at work, just as the average fan watching us, works at his given job. After work does he like to be bothered or disturbed of his private time or space? The same for athletes-. I don't watch the games either, for what-its work, it's like a fan that works in a warehouse, going home and still mentally packing boxes while he's home.

Mr. Taylor is looking right through Brandon’s soul when he picked Aaron Donald. Nothing means more to that man that his game and it was utter disrespect to the one of the most beloved NFL players ever. And put some respect on Deacon Jones’ name too!
