1:39 it is so counterintuitive, may I ask why we should NOT brush our teeth until 30 minutes after drinking lemon water? I would think it is best to brush as soon as we finish.

because it makes the enamel on teeth soft right away and if you start brushing while it's soft you are going to brush enamel away.

@@sx99cornell cheers, been doing a bunch of research on this topic, I have personally been doing lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar for about 1.5 weeks and already noticing some great results especially in energy being consistent without the mid day crashing, I dilute my ingredients into 16 oz of water and have reason to believe the less potent it is the less it can harm your teeth but still haven't proven that theory yet :)
