The license plate in the street is blurred. Meaning you know the car which you see. But not who it is registered to. So who would you ticket? The miata? Or the driver. But how should you confirm it is him. Zoom all you want. But you still dont know how to confirm it is his car in the clip

believe it or not that clip wouldn't be valid evidence in court, as long as the plate in that clip is blurred. certain freedom of speech and credible evidence laws make it so they really only have to blur the plate when the car is doing illegal things.

They already did it to a 370z. The answer is always the same with any car: it's worth it if you have it professionally done and tuned, but not if your just winging it with an eBay kit. And I suppose it depends how you define "worth it". If you want a turbo Miata to drive then yes, if you want the fastest car for the dollar, then no.

You can rev match and select gears in an automatic if you know what you're doing with it. It takes a lot of practice but if you apply throttle in a specific way then let off or blip it at the right speeds and rpms it will shift exactly how and when you want. It's just a matter of figuring out the mapping by driving it and getting a feel for how it selects it's gears.

My 91 Nissan Sentra e(profile pic), ended up with around 10"-12" of ground clearance just by removing the carpet. 4 wheel independent suspension and no sway bars, 195/60/14" Cooper Weathermaster snow tires on all 4 corners, I've taken 90° corners on 2 wheels at 60-65mph.

I've lifted my 2013 jetta. 2012 or older tiguan bolts right in, I recommend rear euro jetta towing springs over tiguan though.
