I just checked the Utah Division of Professional Licensing website. Neither Jen Milks nor Jen Myers is listed as being licensed as an acupuncturist or naturopath in the State of Utah. And if her license was disciplined/revoked in Utah, then every other State would be aware of it if she applied for a license elsewhere and should deny her a license because of her disciplinary record, (I used to represent several occupational licensing boards in Colorado, so I know how the system works)

@@rootintobeing if her license was revoked by one State for something as unethical as what allegedly occurred here (writing scripts without proper authorization - which is very very very illegal) then her name would be on a national registry used by licensing agencies and it would show up in any investigation done whenever she applied for a license. If she held a license in any other State at the time her Utah license to practice was revoked., those other States would also revoke her license. I worked with a couple of health care boards (medical, dental, nursing, etc) and would do cases like this all the time.
