Hey cut her some slack. The BrieBot 2.0 emotion chip almost worked. Unlike the first movie I could actually almost tell when she was attempting to emulate emotions that she saw other people have. On the next movie (🤣) we should expect some pretty good imitations of real emotions.

So Captain Plank's emotional low point is literally: 'I doomed a planet and all its people to slow and torturous deaths, they called me a mean name because of it, and that makes me feel bad." She says, as another planet she abandoned dies. This monster is a villain. The M-SHE-U could honestly start to recover if the next Avengers movie had Captain Plank as the main antagonist, wrecking and destroying entire worlds in her callous, vainglorious piety; killing billions, thinking she's the hero.

The show had an opportunity to become the next Justice league/Unlimited with the first season, starting with the orginial team and the second season expanding the roaster.

How many Kree did Darth Ben let DIE a slow and painful death because she was too stubborn to let them just LEAVE? They're an interstellar species that own numerous worlds. They have a galactic ARMY, they could easily get all the people off world and send them to one of their colonies. Seriously, they'd have at least DOZENS of colonies, but they're acting like ALL the Kree live on the homeworld! THAT'S NOT HOW SPACE FARING SPECIES FUCKING WORK! Why can Marvel not figure this out!? Darth Ben gets the ability to create PORTALS as well, and instead of using them, UNOPPOSED, to send the entire population of Halla somewhere else with zero travel time, she decides to use this device to steal air, steal water, and steal a BLOODY STAR! And of course because she's SO FUCKING PETTY she takes all these things from POPULATED worlds that will fight back because they don't want to DIE, and even MORE specifically she attacks planets the most POWERFUL (second now) being in the UNIVERSE has a personal connection to, ASSURING this person who is VASTLY more powerful than her will show up to fly through her and turn her into red mist. She doesn't, because Captain Plank is both a shit actress (Yes I've seen her "acting" in Room, and no it's not only not that impressive, it's also not HER, it's all the director, SHE is a garbage actress and basically needs to be PILOTED by a brilliant director. Anyone CAN act, only the talented don't need constant hand holding.) AND a shit fighter. To the point the villain literally defeats herself and it's only by absurd luck they manage to fix the mess she leaves behind. Then of course Carol immediately does the thing Darth Ben was trying to do, but way better than her and without committing genocide for funzies. This movie is so shit, the MCU is not coming back from this. The only way to recover is to scrap the MCU, give everyone some time to forget how bad it got, then start again and CONSISTENTLY focus on story, characters, and worldbuilding with TALENTED people, and stay WELL AWAY from fucking politics.

@@CleverGirlAAH Wheel of Time (NOT THAT ONE, FUCK OFF AMAZON) has magic that lets the characters open portals, and it's REALLY powerful and is used REALLY effectively. It also has certain rules that restrict the portals in certain ways. The portals are PORTALS, they are like opening doors in space. So if ANYTHING is standing on a portal as it opens, it gets CUT. You can kill people with these portals. There's even this one character who's SUPER weak with the magic, he's like bottom tier, he barely even counts as being able to use it. But he has a strong talent that means he's REALLY good at the portals, but that's ALL he can do, he can't even like heat a cup of water to make tea or levitate a spoon. He works with leather, and to slice the leather he just opens a small portal to perfectly cut it, the slice perfectly smooth like no blade could ever manage. And when he gets a power boost, there's ways to let people use more power than they can normally, OHHHHHHH he can take what he's good at and FUCK SHIT UP. It's so fucking good, portal powers are SO awesome and it's shit like this and Dr MoM that just proves the people writing for these larger than life characters have NO imagination or drive.

Get rid of Feige and bring back Ike Perlmutter to be the Gatekeeper of all current and future Marvel projects. And PUBLICIZE the fact!! Then, Ike will cut waaaay back on female led projects. He'll only approve Writers, Producers and Directors who are actually familiar with and love the Lore. He'll make sure we get GREAT STORIES WITHOUT EMASCULATED MEN! This will bring back MILLIONS of fans of BOTH sexes who were driven away by Feige. After all, it was PERLMUTTER who was responsible for the ridiculously seccessful Phases I, II, III. The planet of where everyone sings and needs to be interpreted was already done in a not particularly well liked episode of The Transformers in the 1980s, "Carnage in C-Minor". All the inhabitants would sing their dialog in English which the audience could understand, and then one of the robots who could turn into a tape recorder (the good guys and bad guys each had one) would "translate" what that person just said to their teammates by repeating a slightly rephrased version but not singing it. Even that episode sounds like it was better than this movie. In the Transformers episode, there at least was a point to all the singing. There were three people on the planet who each had a part of a song, and when combined, the song turned into a sonic weapon, which the bad guys wanted for themselves. The part where they were using cats as weapons looks like a slight variation of the SNL "Laser Cats" skits. Instead of shooting lasers they shoot out...their octopus stomachs?..., but it's basically the same thing. Everyone's already mentioned the "stealing air" plot was itself stolen from Spaceballs.
