Min. 6:01: Just $30 for all those foods is pretty cheap!!!....Hmm, I was planning to move either to Charlotte, NC or Saint Petersburg FL, but now I'm seriously considering Monterrey, Mexico....It is a very modern city and not too expensive! (I'm from Puerto Rico.)

800 a month, for a furnished apartment in that part of MTY is Firm. Not my type of long-term stay because of price. But definitely a "crema" part of town. Great Bachelor pad.
