Enjoyed the video, I hope your roofers used Ice and water guard-it comes in a roll and should be used in all valley areas of your home, its a 3 ft wide rolls -and a rubber membrain -with a sticky side so it stays in place -than you put your roofing material over it -Im assuming your tile roof, was a custom builder for 42 years ,use it correctly you will never have a problem-its about 90 bucks a roll in the states, best of luck

I should of watched a little longer-metal sheeted roof- you're leaking at the seems-or where they nail it down-they make special nails with a rubber membrane, so it doesn't leak, those roof panels really only go on sheds to cover the whole length of the shed-not good to splice them-they must be limited materials there-when we do metal roof -we can run them the full length of the home, and overlap them ,again I'm hoping for ya

Yes, my consumption level is much lower here in Panama. I appreciate that Panama in the rural areas is not so fashion oriented as many other countries. I do like that the multi plaza mall has designer stores, so if one needs or wants something like that it's available. Btw, that Pizza looked yummy!

@@shirleymartin88 Oh good, I’m glad. There’s a small expat community here;US, Canada, S.Africa, French, German - that comes to mind. Some introverts, like me, some extroverts ☺️ Activities are available like pickleball, volunteer clean up, coffee gatherings, happy hour. Definitely more lively in our summer, December - May.

That was a surprise, the very nice mall in that town. I can't wait to get to and travel and explore beautiful Panama next year. I seem to get more excited for doing so, the closer winter gets to me, in these hills in NJ. The temperatures will be into the 30s, at night, for me next week. I bet it won't be nearly that cold in Panama. 🙂

In general, Peruvian food is very much underrated in the US as opposed to the rest of Latin America where it spread like wildfire. If you ever visit Lima, Peru make you start a diet way before going…….LOL 😊

@@deltablue-cm8ib I don’t have any health insurance, just pay for services. I joined Panama Helpline so in case of an emergency they can call the right contacts and get me to the appropriate hospital. It’s much less stressful for me than thinking about being forced to buy health insurance in the states. That said, the colonoscopy I’d like to get is $1,400 and I just don’t have the funds, nor would I want to spend it on that!

Panama has some of the worst unhealthiest food on the planet and its even worst outside of Boquete where I am. Panama City has a few good restaurants but the rest of the country not at all. For the record I love it here but my wife can make me healthy food.
