It’s from the out takes from some adverts Gooteks and Mike Ross did for their show excellent adventures. It was genuinely a running joke from the show because they said people getting points in ranked was like taking your pogs. They then went on to literally use pogs to verse each other in the adverts the Pogchamp clip is from. I have genuinely never heard of it being Philippine’s Original Gangster, or that if you google it now you get Play of the Game. I just knew it from Excellent Adventures before it was an emote.
