That 62.5% firing cycle haste for seemingly ALL weapons can apparently be used on yourself. That's a huge deal and an instant meta inclusion if it's not changed.

Problem is: It forces a firing mode (65% chance) on you that is single-target and Rank I ... do you wanna get that when you've just activated Scatter Volley III and the cannons go Rapid Fire I? Not really. :)

@@99Cheops99 I'm still gunna wait a month or two until nerfs were made, and then see if I'm gunna get the carrier just for a console. I'm not a carrier flyer myself, so the pets - even though they might be meta for carriers - aren't of much use for me.

@@MatthewBluefox The pets may wind up being meta for non carriers as well with all the debuffing they appear to do. But probably a good idea to wait. I have a few coupons lying around so I'll probably get the Atlantis and the carrier. Buying the entire bundle though would be a hard pass from me.

Yeah it feels like they just don't value my money now. I'm a person who's bought every captain legendary bundle. Every anniversary bundle is so far. Like if it's got a legendary ship that I can unlock. I bought it. I bought them all the expansion packs up till they stop doing them and I don't mind spending money on the game. Dropping 150 bucks is not a big deal. I own most of the mud bundles but this bundle just doesn't feel like it appreciates my money at all.

The made the T6 Constellation we have waited 10 years for a 3/3 weapon layout, that is the worst part of it. There are some meta sounding traits in there, especially or DEWSCI. Those Borg Kingdom frigates might also be amazingly good.

I know how you feel. I want a Nebula class ship that's not a fucking science ship or some Sci carrier with a 3/3 layout. The Nebula class was never shown to be either of those things in the shows in which it appears. Side note, the T3 Constellation is simply there for the skin so that it can be applied to the Ahwahnee. It also comes with the Picard Maneuver console.

As someone who already owns the Lafayette and isn't particularly into the adapted destroyer a second T6 coupon would have been a very nice bonus. As it is I'm on the fence about getting it, it will probably depend on how the Nigara console functions live, if it is worth grabbing for the console alone (as it looks like it will be) that means I'd be buying enough of the pack that I migth as well get the whole thing. If the Niagra console isn't instantly meta I'll probably skip and just get the Checkov and Atlantis seperately.

As my main is Borg and my favorite series is TNG and favorite episode is Best of Both Worlds (saw it live when it was new and had to wait all summer for second part). I'm going to cave and get the bundle, I want the extras, I want all the ships even the adapted destroyer and Lafayette (destroyer is the last borg/borg related ship I need and i don't have Lafayette). Although I wish the bundle had a better promo ship or a second one like last year. I've bought the last two anniversary bundles and not regretted it at all. Still gotta eventually get the 10th and 11th, maybe.

The fact that I’d rather just happily get a couple of ships instead of the bundle says yes it is the worst If the premium ship would have been a tal shiar warbird from Picard I might have got it but getting the parliament would have been the clincher for me Bright side is I’ll save some penny’s 😅

Stuff like this just reinforces thoughts I've had the game will only be around for a few more years. This plus dumping all the year long event rewards onto the player. Instead of just one of them.

So I doubt Cryptic will see this, but I'm going to post it in multiple places. Up until the announcement of the Tal Shiar Adapted destroyer, I had planned to buy this bundle on Day One. But between an inferior promo ship, the Lafayette which I already own, and only 2 of the new ships (maybe three, I'll have to see more of the Chekov) bringing interesting things to the game, this bundle will likely be a hard pass for me. I'll use the T6 coupons I have stockpiled to get the new ships that look interesting, and put no Zen into this bundle.

The Tal Shiar adapted Destroyer seems a bit like an emergency placeholder because they didn't manage to finish a proper legendary ship for this bundle in time. Overall this bundle feels like a dispassionate and lackluster offer devoid of a true highlight. But at least it has two or three interesting C-store ships with worthwhile features, like most previous bundles. Let's see what state its content will be in when released and when the fixing/nerfing will begin. Or if Cryptic will yet feel compelled to change the bundle offer due to poor reception.

The "premium" ship included is 7 years old & has a console & warp core locked to only it & the TSA Battlecruiser subjectively making it far worse than the other ships & even the T6 coupon. The ships all look well done. Also, Cryptic's attitude towards informing us players about this bundle too has left me less interested in spending money currently. Perhaps Cryptic should be "just happy" with me currently playing STO & nothing else. I won't be buying this bundle, but I'll look at it just like the Freedom class.

I think if you want the bundle wait for the 35% off sale. I think then it becomes a good deal if especially with the T6 coupon and some of the other goodies. Yeah the T6 recon destroyer and the TSAD add nothing relevant to the current meta. TEAM WAIT

They still have to finish the story arc with the last episode next year, so we will probably get one more episode and the last (15th) anniversary bundle in February 2025. Maybe the Prototype Nebula and the Freedom will be in that one, who meows.

The Princeton/Niagara is a dud. The only one I wanted and they mucked it up. No surprise there. So you are either forced into 1 science ability, or 3. No middle ground. The Excelsior 2 is the same way. At least that has surgical strikes. So you can either choose to get confused and not get a plasma fire (most often done for no reason). Or vice versal. Or not get stopped every 3 seconds instead of every second. Or you can solve the entire equation and gimp yourself on tactical abilities. Assuming you survive long enough with tissue paper shields that can't withstand a sneeze. I swear. All the money they ripped off the player base has rotted their brains. And I am giving them the benefit of having a brain in the first place.

No. It would be worse if it was more Terran stuff, which has been done to death over the last 2 years. The Tal Shiar destroyer is a ridiculous inclusion. Freedom-class PLEASE!!

The bundle does suck yes it does but the first two new ships have good BOFF seating and stats especially for energy builds the fire cycle haste is actually meta type that real good the science ship is good for science builds I mean really good for them, but the rest bad correct not worth it better to use your T6 coupons and buy the ones you want the temporal destroyer in my opinion and others seem to think this is the best out of this bundle good BOFF and good stats evern though its hull is somewhat low but its a destroyer so it gains a little more but that intel and temp command means its a pretty good ship for end game stuff.

The entire event is literally themed around the first clash between the Borg and Starfleet. And there aren't that many Borg ships in game. But yeah, a mirror Borg version of the Assimilator exclusive to this bundle would have been a better choice. Or anything other than this Tal Shiar ship really.

Mission rewards that were prevented from being put into the mission for this bundle's "extras", very average c-store ships with nothing noteworthy for any build, and a piss poor "premium" ship. At this point the only way cryptic is selling me this bundle is adding in both the Adapted Battlecruiser AND the Excelsior 2. Not even the Sagan would make me buy this. You either take a profit loss from putting an actually good gamble ship and the decent Lobi ship to go along with the joke of a lockbox ship, or take both of my middle fingers in response to your normal outstretched hand and one middle finger in our direction cryptic.

Maybe we should wait until close towards the end of February, when the 14th Anniversary bundle discount ends? They might pull a Styx and add a worthwhile ship, or a T6 Infinity Promo box cupoun. Or maybe just add the Parliament. Or maybe they might increase the discount?

Yeah, when the sales stay underwhelming and Cryptic get enough negative feedback, they might feel compelled to modify the bundle for more value.

Hard pass despite the interesting bundle pets. However, some of the stuff on the other ships does seem worthy of some of my T6 tokens. I am gobsmacked by the mediocrity of everything in the bundle outside the 4 new ships.

Yes, these is the worst bundle ever, more so on how they didn't do a ten Ford weekly and didn't acknowledge the player base frustrations, but also how they pushed it out as is. Instead, they could have fixed these like they did the 12th bundle. It's sad to see the talented people at cryptic allow these to go through. This bundle doesn't deserve our money. These behaviors don't need our money support.

Fugly ships with uninteresting traits/consoles, weak extras, and a joke of a promo ship from 7 years ago. Maybe the drones are good, and ONE of the new ships. The rest is pretty... (yawn)

I am NOT getting this crap bundle. I will continue to still NOT $pend real world money on this 'going down the drain', most unprofessional half-assed MMO. Can't play without 'SERVER NOT RESPONDING' kicking me out every other match anyway. 2024, the year I used up all my coupons and freebies then UNINSTALLED FINALLY. STO could change that, but you know they won't because they cannot. They lack the care, they lack the intelligence.

the only real outrage ive seen is from these youtubers, who claim to speak for the entire community. This 1% of the playerbase, the dps chasers and meta chasers. Whining and complaining non stop.
