Great job Joe and Lori! One of my dream cars in dream spec. I was there at the LA Auto Show and it was great. Both the GTR's looked great! It was a bummer that the car was locked when I was there so could not see the gorgeous interior. Other thing I noticed that did not do justice to the midnight purple color was having another car directly above it on the lift. Some nice lighting would have made the car show some of its color shift. Most of the car was under the shadow from the car above. This also spoiled to see the Bayside Blue GTR properly which is sitting above lol.

Love the colorway with the body and gold Rays wheels! At 200 units being made you should def make that part of your garage. And love that there is no big rubber plastic covers hiding that beautiful engine as well.

Such a fantastic looking car. It doesn't need a lot of flashy scoops and crazy designs to be appealing. I'd love to get behind the wheel of a GT-R someday. My only critique would be the interior. It looks a lot more basic than I'd expect from a car in this price point. That said, it sure as hell wouldn't keep me from getting one if I had the money.

I think it’s actually cool that they’re still selling the r35. Don’t fix what’s isn’t broken. The longer the r35 is out the more visceral and raw it becomes, it used to be “soulless” but now it’s so analog compared to everything.

What a dream car and such a beautiful spec. That color is just so pretty. You definitely need to add this to the RR family. All these upcoming boring heavy, quiet, laptop on wheels are nothing to this. All this push to EV needs to go away because franky we will never have the infrastructure to support all of the demands of EV, at least not for decades to come. Nothing kills my mood more than seeing EV or more hybrid powered performance cars. More complex stuff to break and troubleshoot. The skyline is a perfect blend of power, style and technology without reliance of electrification.

This Takumi seems exactly the same as a regular Midnight Purple T-Spec. The body colored spoiler, the gold in the engine bay, the nore green interior with alcantara... What's the real difference?

I would choose the Takumi edition, FOR SURE. The Rays wheels fit so wheel. The wheels on the Skyline edition unfortunately look absolutely terrible. I will be sad to see this car go but alas, everything that has a beginning has an end.

I love the GTR! I’d buy one today if it weren’t for the greedy dealers demanding a $150K markup, which should absolutely be illegal. Nissan also failed to maintain the car’s pricing and ensure enthusiasts could actually get one. After 17 years of production, you’d think all the tooling and upfront costs would have been covered by now, and hopefully leading to a significant efficiencies to keep the price reasonable. But then again, with Nissan seemingly on the verge of going out of business, there is not much to expect from them.
