My dad was born in 1919 so yes I can trace my family back to slavery. My dad was working in the fields as early as 4. He told us the stories. Back pay is owed to my family and many other families. My grandma washed and ironed clothes for maybe 10 cents a load.

It is about culture not race. The African Americans have a specific culture, just like the other groups ( Chinese, Italian, Deutsch, Nigerian, Mexican).

28:53 The way I've learned what race the child will be in a interracial relationship is that the man determines the race. The man carries the seed or the offspring and by him the child is known, not by the woman. With that being said we must acknowledge that black people melanin is most dominant among all races, so even a black woman will cause the child of a non-black man to be a darker color (such as a white or Chinese man). But some people will prefer to use the term mixed race or biracial to Identify the child of an multiracial couple. 😎💯💪🏾👍🏾

You all should do a discussion on abortion. Now that would be a eye opener discussion. Where are Christians on abortion? Are there two or more extremes? What are they? What is the moderate approach ?

Awesome video! 🫶🏽 Many individuals lack humility and are not willing to listen… they are deeply embedded into what they feel. Unfortunately, politics brings out the wickedness within many.

I attended Howard University. It is required that everyone who attends HU take the class, The Black Diaspora. There is soooo much rich history of our African heritage! Where we came from in Africa! We are NOT a displaced race. We are a displaced people because of our migration or immigration (through slavery) into another land.

@GottaBMe How you doing I been looking at some of your content and is pretty good 🔥I'm a Foundational Black American that have ancestors through chattel slavery and ancestors that was already here in America. The question I want to ask do you have family that is part of our black American lineage and do you support FBA/Freedmen/ADOS/OBA getting cash reparations a debt that is rightfully owed to us that is long over due from the US Gov if so why you sister's don't discuss it on your channel?🤔

Good conversation, ladies and gentleman! Bro. Steph brings profound concepts to the discussion, to which I want to address my question. Certainly, Sofia and Peyton are welcome to answer my questions and comments. They know how much I appreciate them and what they bring to the table, inasmuch as I've stated in the past, and more, no doubt. Nonetheless, since Bro. Steph brought up the points to which I am speaking, it'd be great to get his response to my question. I believe he would have an insightful, relevant and meaningful answer to it. That being said. Any thoughts on the African American plight being analogous to those looking for restoration of their people, such as described in Acts 1:6, 7? / I do agree, defining terms moves the needle forward.

There a reason why people call themselves BA want other black with a non-black parent to ID as bi-racial. Often, black folks who are mono-racial often get passed over. But I will agree black people have different experiences, being hood does not = black.

A BEARy good segment, YET I do think Brother Steph is BEARy incorrect on a particular issue. That issue being REPARATIONS. It is my hope that Brother Steph will read this and see where his mistakes lay. I understand he was speaking contemporaneously, so I will BEARy much give him some grace and not hold his BEARd to the fire😉. Kindly let me critique in no particular order… (1) Brother Steph stated “We’re not gonna get Reparations, because they only give reparations to Nations. And there has been no National identity of the Nation of people that are Descendants of Slaves.” - This is incorrect. Japanese-Americans received reparations for them being forced into internment camps during World War II. Italian-Americans that had been Lynched (1892) receiving reparations. Etc. Those two aggrieved Groups were not “Nations”, they were IN, and citizens OF, America. Same can be said of Native Americans. There are many more examples. (2) We don’t need “a distinction as a nation”. The distinction IS the LINEAGE. Full stop. We also don’t need Leadership. At most, we can have Spokespersons, but not Leaders. As he so aptly mentioned, our Leaders were assassinated. The mistake was to have a “leader(s)”. We NEED and ARE fine-tuning the IDEOLOGY. That is what is or import. Leaders can be killed; Ideologies have a long/permanent shelf-life. Once there is an Ideology, it is irrelevant if one is a “Hebrew Israelite” a “5% Percenter”, Christian, etc. Everything else is subsumed within the overarching Ideology. Malcom X understood this, as when he spoke with Black religious leaders of different religions, and expounded that their religious differences were irrelevant, because White Supremacists were causing ALL of them harm. So they must address the Harm. (3) Brother Steph, further gives examples of Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, in that in the U.S. “We are just general black people.” In terms of Jamaica, that is a faulty example because Jamaica although majority Black, is not defined as a Black Nation. It is “Out of Many, One People” is the national motto of Jamaica, which refers to the island's diverse ethnic groups: which would include White Jamaicans (e.g.- Owner of Air Jamaica, Sandals Resorts, etc); Indian Jamaicans, Chinese Jamaicans). (4) That being said, you’re understanding that “we are a nation within a nation”, is why FBA (Foundational Black Americans) is now being used to define that. A "National Identity". (5) In terms of Reparations, Brother Steph poses the questions “who would you give it to?” Easy Peasy. It would be the FBA/DOAS/ADOS - Foundational Black American/Descendants of American Slaves/American Descendants of Slaves. It is about tracing your lineage to Slavery in the USA. Reparations do not, cannot and should not go to those whose lineage were not from these Killing Fields called American Slavery. Which is why the delineation is there and matters… FBA/DOAS/. It is VERY easy to trace the lineage. It’s called the 1870 Census. All other Black Groups did not come to the U.S. in any meaningful number until 1960’s Lyndon B. Johnson’s Immigration Bill. It’s not like Jamaican’s Nigerians, Kenyans were running to come to the U.S.A prior. They would’ve have been Slaves and/or Colonized themselves in their respective places. And would be here in the U.S. as well, if they somehow got here. (6) My BEARded Brother Steph… You wouldn’t “blame” Kamala Harris for saying she wouldn’t do anything for Black People?Which was in reference to her Griot interview; because your position is that she has a Jamaican/Indian lineage therefore not having the same experience one should not expect her to think as an African American. This thinking is incorrect. Kamala Harris IS Supposed to think about African Americans and their needs, as she is a government official whose constituents consists of African-Americans for which the overwhelming majority is of FBA/DOAS/ADOS lineage. If a Jamaican (i.e.-Kamala Harris) cannot “feel” like African Americans feel, then said Jamaican should NOT be in a position of Power and Governance in navigating What and How said African Americans much less FBA/DOAS/ADOS are handled. Therefore, you should feel bad AND it is certainly disrespectful if she or others did so. No other Group would accept such a similar position that you hold, simply as it would inherently be detrimental to the Group. Kindly remember…You need to BE a Stakeholder to be WITHIN a Group of Stakeholders. On Love Brother.🧸

God creates two men and two women in the story of Genesis. One group was made to be superior to the other. Adam and Eve were created as workers. The first man and woman are not given names in scripture that I can find. If someone knows their name please share. Adam and Eve are not given authority over the Earth and have dominion over every living thing.

You guys are out here asking people to subscribe to you just to get money and fame from KZbin, always looking for something in return but you shall get your reward but you supposed to be doing this freely without asking for anything in return if you truly love Christ, so you should pray in private so the God that sees you in private shall bless you openly and the Word was given to you freely so you should give it freely and you don't have to ask people to subscribe to your channel but if you speak the True Gospel then True Christians would subscribe to you and remember that you are women and you aren't supposed to teaching men but the man is the head of the woman and he should be the one teaching her, take care
