I've used this, and I'm currently using the USB version on my server lol, and... I get about 2300mbps read and write (obviously with a 2.5gbps switch in the mix). They're not... like, THE BEST, but they're not too shabby either, ESPECIALLY not for the price. Everyone swears by the Intel 10gbps pci-e cards (for unraid) and I might move to that, but, for the price and getting an extra 1500mbps over what we normally have - fine by me. FYI - if you're using Unraid there IS a driver and it IS recommended you use it.

Is This $20 2.5Gbe PCIe Network Card Any Good? Yes. Yes it is. I use one in my HTPC to network with my gaming PC which has the same chipset on the motherboard. DO NOT use the Windows driver, it will max out at 1Gb/s. Download the Realtek driver, and then it will run at full speed. Edit: I'm running Windows 10, and that native driver is slow. He's running Spyware 11, and so perhaps it has a better native driver.
