Close the 1 guard 1/2 or 3/4 closed to get the open 1 line out. No guard open to take out that no guard closed line. Don't blame it all on the guards, utilize that taper lever.

I have these clippers and they fit Wahl guards perfectly so I just used my Wahl guards from my previous clipper and bought a 0.5 and 1.5 guard.

You can buy half gaurds for cheap, and you have to start using the fade lever to blend. Don't blame the gaurds

Yo guy did you try the gaurds from your Andis or walhs. It's the walhs that fit those. And Wahl's makes half sizes and some sizes no other brands do. You just have to go to Sally's beauty supply or a good barber supply to get.

No. They're built for Andis blades. You can modify them to fit, but honestly, it's not worth it.

The Limural website (www.limural.com/collections/new-products/products/hair-clippers-for-men-cordless-close-cutting-t-blade-trimmer-kit) says the blade length of the clippers ranges from 0.5mm to 1.7mm out of the box, so I’m taking an educated guess that if you zero the clippers, it will range from 0 to about 1.2mm. I’m not a barber, but if you zero these clippers, it sounds like an open 1 (3mm + 1.2mm = 4.2mm) would be cutting a little shorter than a closed 2 (6mm) with the guards that come in this set. I hope that helps!!!
