Exact reason why I always build my PC from used parts, and drive a 72' Firebird. 1-2 year part are still good, and a 70's car still gets the job done ( + has some V8 cool factor to it ).

I got my current HP Gaming desktop refurbished from VIP Outlet in 2021 and looked mostly new. Some components weren't oem but it was packaged really well and it worked perfectly, I was really satisfied and impressed with the quality

Walmart employee here, they actually push vipoutlet internally on the benefits page. They have it under discounts and savings section of the benefits so I assume they work with them as a third party to handle their returns. They’re a really good place to get deals so it’s good to see them getting some recognition

I actually have that ROG PC, but I bought it fresh. It actually comes with a glass side panel that you can swap for the metal one so that you can see the insides. Bummer that this one doesn't have it, but still a great deal.

Vipoutlet is a licensed refurbisher for walmart. Lots of items seem to be customer returns that are barely used. Have gotten several things from them, even a galaxy a54 on the way right now. Good prices, decent 90 day warranty too.

Surprised I don’t see any other comments about the elite controller. The thumb sticks come off via screws, counter clockwise to remove and clockwise to tighten, if the thumb stick isn’t tightened all the way down it can cause the thumb stick to be raised and get stuck on the face plate of the controller.

I purchases a Milwaukee mower from this site for $742.00($1099 retail). Batteries and charger missing. Customer support credited me $100.99. Two 12ah batteries and charger on sale are $448. Tried to get a return issued but was told I already received a credit for the value of the batteries. Assembly parts were missing and after attempting to start using my own batteries, (Shocker!) It doesn't work. Some things may be a good deal but this is my experience. Until proven otherwise, don't take the risk.

As far as the elite S2 try tightening the analog stick. Those sticks have unscrew-able covers that can get loose sometimes

That Asus computer is instore at my local Walmart right now brand new on clearance for like 630 bucks. They also have a pretty good Lenovo Legion I believe for like $399 also on clearance. Clearance means they're trying to get rid of a product and usually has a small little yellow price tag, while Used/returned/refurbished products have a large one with a barcode so I know I'm not crazy

At 10:30 min the problem with the controller is that the joystick is not screw in all the way i fix them and this happen alot because the only way to fix them inside is by unscrewing the sticks🤷🏻‍♂️

I had a similar experience recently with Hoxton Macs in the UK. £550 for a Mac mini in immaculate condition that would've been £1100 only a couple of years ago. Highly recommended if you're in the UK and looking for a refurbished Mac.

I use to work at a goTRG liquidation factory for Lowes what goTRG does a lot is buy returned items places can't sell for cheap an then have people sort through them an put them in boxes to sell the electronics probably get further sorted an tested then repaired an sold at a fraction of the cost
