No rule that you have to be in the van all the time. I had a small office space rented a couple of years ago in Seattle area where I could go inside to charge things and keep some food and have a place to go to get out of the weather and do some things and then I still had the truck to sleep in and a gym nearby for showers.

Agreed with the others in the comments. It was a smart move for many reasons. I've heard of some valifers trying to be too hardcore, they end up suffering and losing their mental health over it. To me, it makes more sense to just have fun with it, enjoy the experience with no set rules. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have found that putting your electric blanket UNDER you & bedsheets, it helps more. Also, put a sheet on top of your blankets..it seals in the heat better than a blanket.. maybe invest in a small generator, to power & charge your tech, in the evening

I live in a minivan in North Carolina. I have2 power banks. I also rent a small storage unit. There is electricity There. I charge one of mu over banks There while the other keeps the fridge running.
