Only one State does as far as I can tell, IL, because of their new law that will likely be overturned anyways since it is too broad. In fact there are several 5.56 chambered pistols on the market rn and as far as I can tell the ATF doesn't have a problem with them either, as long as they don't fit the legal definition of a rifle.

If I may offer my $0.02 advice. At 4:30 you mentioned it's difficult to maintain eye contact through the sight due to not having a shoulder point of contact. I've found some limited success in using a sling as an almost reverse shoulder stock, by driving the weapon forward against the sling's length and using the sling as a sort of cradle/harness to brace the weapon (Bear in mind it was on a different weapon, but the concept seems to hold true to stockless two handed weapons). Just food for thought!

@@alastor8091 Not entirely stupid. In this case with this particular weapon design. You could definitley make it work. One shouldn't just shoot from the hip obviously . Think about it. If you're actually training. Hitting a full size target just point and shoot is not that hard. 10-15 yards in starting from compressed or low ready position you should be able to hit the target sub 1 sec anyways! This exact setup in 300 blk with a laser or even an optic is much more efficient and user friendly than a 12g for all types of shooters.

If I were going to buy a weapon, this is what I would buy. I love the cookie-cutter accessory! With the giant 60-shot magazine, you have the ultimate bunker protector. I'd want a powerful, high-quality laser optics system. The idea of being able to pull this out and just blast away for 60 shots is very appealing.

I could see that being used for home defense because of the ability to easily hip spray and something like that might come in handy in the case of multiple home invaders. Then again, most home invaders are gonna turn and run if they hear a shotgun load up and pump from somewhere in the home.

Most wouldn't step a foot into your house if they hear a large guard dog. Or just get a better security system and a guard dog. That is way more secure and a bigger deterrent than hoping you are awake so you can have them hear you load a weapon. Don't you see how impractical your fanatasy is to be "the hero". You don't hear a lot of people being invaded with a well trained guard dog.

@@dh891 - Don't yuck someone else's yum, even in the choice of home defense methods. You guys are lucky to even have options for that sort of thing. In my country, civilians could get six years behind bars for owning even an airsoft without a license, while crooks get to do whatever they wanted.

@@dh891 most people have day jobs and not enough time to care for a dog. But a camera and alarm will wake you up anyways. You should see how impractical it is for people to own a dog. Me and the 2k others that work at my workplace are not at home for sometimes 10 hours per day, which means no time to ethicaly care for a dog. With cameras you will always know where invaders enter and where they are currently located. But i guess without a guard dog you should just give up.

So glad I snagged one two years ago before all the brace bs. Best upgrades I can recommend are an adjustable gas block and a viridian hs1. Looking at lightweight barrel/handguard combos really helps as well. JMac keymo and a Rex up front, hella fun

A side charging upper would be perfect for that setup, and the Barking Spider by Spikes Tactical would do wonders on recoil mitigation without the ridiculous fire balls with a single point sling that thing would be nasty then throw a binary trigger in it just for the fun of it brother now that would be cool to see maybe a future video

That mushroom on the end of the muzzle is best sautéed with onions, garlic and oregano. The pistol grip thingy is also sold online as a sex toy. As far as having trouble tracking the reticle just glue one end of a slinky to the back of the red dot and glue the other end over your eye. Thank me later!

You can shoulder that, with an attachment. The Pistol has an attachment that converts it into something like a Rifle, and granting it longer effective ranges, but technically it is still a pistol and when a Rifle can be loaded with Pistol rounds don't they call that a Carbine Rifle, so theser are weapons or 'firearms' that are hybrids or 'blended weapon systems'.

Use the cheek weld technique (Rhett @Demonstrated Concepts), and move the red dot forward. Works great for CQB! You will likely want to add a Fortis Clutch (single sided) charging handle, so there’s nothing in the way. Btw, nice mushroom head muzzle break, very erotic!

That's exactly how I shoot mine. I built my own 7.0" 5.56 upper with a superlative arms gas block. The gun shoots very smoothly with Rhetts technique. I also bought his recoil strap for it. Helps a great deal for prolonged range sessions.

Seen videos of the Mossburg Shockwave's, which has a similar stock, from the hip shooting accuracy being greatly improved with the addition of a laser. A real game changer that may work well with this gun.
