Is This Harder Than It Used To Be? - Pokémon Elite Redux 2.0 Elite Mode Nuzlocke 02

Pokémon Elite Redux is a rom hack of Pokémon Emerald that revamps the difficulty and most importantly, allows Pokémon to have up to 4 abilities at once! 3 Innate abilities unique to the species, and 1 ability that can be changed at any time. It's insanely hectic and very difficult and I'm going to try to nuzlocke it.

What are my Hardcore Nuzlocke rules?
NUZLOCKE Rules:
1. If a Pokémon faints it is considered dead and can no longer be used.
2. Only the first Pokémon in a route or area may be caught, with the exceptions of scripted/static encounters.
3. All Pokémon must be nicknamed if possible.
HARDCORE Rules:
1. You must play on Set Mode rather than Switch mode, so no switching after KO'ing an enemy Pokémon.
2. NO items may be used in battle except for Pokeballs or held items.
OPTIONAL Rules/Clauses:
1. If I white out during a battle, I will continue by making a new team from the Pokémon in my box until I run out.
2. Dupes/Species Clause: If I encounter a Pokémon or a member of it's evolution line that I've already caught, it does not have to count.

Bleeding is a new status that prevents healing and by passes defense increases. using recovery moves stops bleeding but, the Pokemon won’t recover hp. To my knowledge, bleeding is caused by slashing and drilling moves and stone edge.

6:44 Regarding Low Blow, and most other "hit on switch in" abilities added in 2.0, they are hardcoded to never kill. On a side note, a really good Revenge Killing Pansear set I've been using is Life Orb, Low Blow. It switches in with a Crit Feint Attack, then a Crit Fake Out. Then protect to check if it's a setup move. If it's a setup move, then a Prankster Encore, otherwise a Life Orb boosted Sucker Punch. Revenge killing is not really an option for a Nuzlocke, but maybe a slow Baton Pass user could make it work?

From the poke ball where you got a Totodile, the starter is random. One time I got a Chespin, another time I got a Rowlet

you can use the gems to switch the secret power and hidden power to any type.

I booted up elite redux to try 2.0 and my furst encounter was a mew lmao. Apparently theres just a 1/1024 chance to get mythics in any grass
