IS THIS THE ''BEST'' RETRO CAR SHOW OF THE YEAR? OhSoRetro 2024

Welcome back all,
In this weeks video we head down to our last booked show of the year, Oh So Retro in Margate! This show has fastly became a highlight of our car show calendar and one that we always look forward to attending. The show did not disappoint our expectations and was attended by thousands of classic, retro and quirky vehicles. I especially liked the Honda powered minis, along with the huge array of classic fords that were on display. Big shoutout to the boys for the great convoy down, I love rolling along the motorway with 4 Mk2 fiestas!
I think OhSoRetro is a brilliant show and want to thank Lee and his team for all the hard work that goes into organising the event. Also I'd like to thank everyone who came and said hello because I love talking to subscribers of the channel and like minded classic enthusiasts!

Can’t believe you made it to Maccies before them 😂 Love a Cortina and Granada, great looking show. Loved the Black Anglia and your new camera showed up the paint jobs on the cars so well, especially the pinto turbo red Escort with the black painted roof 👌🏻 Haven’t seen a Volvo 480 in time!

I had a mk 3 cortina gt 1.6 my friend hand a cortina with a 2.3 engine in it . Looks like you had loads of fun at the show

That's one fantastic car show Mitch. Being a fan of classic fords. Great to see so many still on the roads. If I ever get the chance would love an old Cortina or a 70/80s Escort to take to shows.

The retro cars are stunning! However they all share 2 things in common. 1st. They all greatly benefit from modern components and power upgrades. 2nd . If you want to see your next birthday, don't you dare crash it. Ever! Not even at 30mph. Retro cars fold like a hand of cards.

As momentum builds for all this Net Zero I've read a few stories on how some councils are considering pulling the plug on these meets, pretty certain Brighton was a strong contender for pulling the plug, could be wrong, if that is the case then sadly these shows would be on borrowed time. The MK4 Estate at 9.27 was not original Mitch, ie wheels, sunroof, not forgetting the bumpers, definitely Kev'ed up!
