I found one more cat in the game. In Hyrule Castle Town, inside the one house that wound up inside a rift, leaving the owners homeless for a while there's a cat. He fell into the rift alongside the house and was brought back eventually. He mentioned something like that since he came back from the rift, his humans have been showering him with even more love than before because they missed him.
