I honestly think this sets a positive precedent. We only expected a complete album cause Kanye took so long. I honestly think having your in progress music available on streaming allows you to receive feedback from a larger group of fans and come to a better final product. Fans can also be sure that this in progress work is real, and not leave them guessing if a leak(the only way to hear work in progress music) is faked. It's changing your mindset of streaming being a platform only for fully realised works.
