Yeah it's already stopped working. I do not have a high opinion when it comes to metal matches not worth the money

hold it differently. put a finger/thumb over the hole to contain the fuel and stop it igniting. light it in your hand, like you would a match on a striker, instead of going towards a surface like you would with a ferrous rod and tinder. however, they arent great things for everyday use. its basically a zippo thats harder to use. the benefit is long term storage of viable fuel for striking a fire in an emergency.

I do not own one and even I understand how that device works. It uses a cotton wick (a flaw in the design but probably a necessary one), the cotton wick absorbs the fuel and a spark ignites it. If it stays burning for too long (Some say 5 seconds) the fuel will be consumed and it will start burning the cotton. It looked like you burned the cotton and need to expose more of the wick.

It was not a very good product we tested a thirdly. it no longer even functions. It's essentially a lighter. Not worth the money.

That's what I thought too. But after filming I filled it up again but only about 1/4 And let it set for 10 minutes And it still would catch on fire.
