Did feather have a motorbike draft on every climb as well? And leadout?

Such an absurd way of finding a new "King of Strava" when you're giving him an unfair advantage, and then being so wowed by the stats at the end. He might have been able to beat those times by himself, but can't give him credit with this approach. Interesting video - just redo without leadout and give him an Insta 360 or something instead of using a crew ahead.

This video is essentially a personal attack on feather. Essentially swapping him for another kom champ (who cycles full time) and using cheap tactics (such as drafting motor vehicles and lead outs) to ensure he is beaten. Seems a bit harsh after the service he has provided GCN. Appreciate this video was probably not done in malice but it does come across this way..

literally just did the "hell climb", although it didn't come up on strava like that. The segment is called BW - Dundry - Highridge Road. Just did my PR which was almost exactly twice Matt's time. East Dundry is insane. Super pinchy and rough. Main factor is the narrow road which is used by farm vehicles. Blagdon is by far the hardest of the three. Steep before the village, steep through the village, steep out of the village, and then drags for nearly a km at 8% before pitching up a tiny bit before the end. Not the hardest Mendips climb but definitely up there.

Hi Matt🙂. Every Factor road-bike made in last 2 years precautionarily cautions the rider against sitting on the top tube. High quality carbon is very thin and sensitive to crushing at that point. I would avoid it. Btw great performances, I didn't think you improved Feather's time by 24 seconds (thanks to the little help GCN offered you?), much in such a short climb. I disagree with using lead outs for KOM's. Still a good effort but here in the US people use teams of lead out riders all the way to the top of a climb and take away a KOM from a cyclist that did it without any outside assistance.
