Is this website - Socialdm.co a scam? (I tried it)

So I saw an ad for this specific website that supposedly let's you make seriously fast money. I signed up for it and did whatever I could to fill out all the requirements they don't show you in the ad but I kinda knew there was a catch to it from the beginning however I still did it....soo after days of figuring out how to accomplish every offer I finally finished it just to see that the payment would be pending and needs to be reviewed and the payout is supposedly scheduled for a month ahead so I will make another video when I get an update which I highly doubt.
