Is Vallejo Paint set enough to paint your Haqqislam army?

Over time I've learned to take shortcuts. Rather than building up to a highlight color, I start with the the brightest (highlight) color and give it a wash to create shadows and highlight again, and wash again and highlight again as needed. Instead of 'drawing' hair, paint the entire head in flesh tone and then wash the hair area with a dark hair color to get a shaved, military look. I think I'm going to have to buy this paint set. Yes i will do for sure, my first infinity video on youtube was haqqislam :) as soon as i get some more models i will do them in contrast! cause i painted my whole Haqqislam army before starting a channel :)

The end result turned out really well and I agree, it would be hard to paint a whole army just with the colours that come in the starter set. It's a shame there was nothing about painting the skin in the directions. For an experienced painter it's not an issue but for a newbie it's going to be a problem. The Sunny Skintone from the set is probably not the colour I'd go with for more a "middle eastern" appearance so I wonder why it's in the set?

True i was questioned color choices as well, sunny skin tone is used only to mix with other colors and yellow color that they give you literally need one drop for LED lights 😊

Nice video.but as you said if you just doing for gaming purpose you can cut down those steps and get decent results for gaming. You see lots of videos of painting miniatures and they look amazing.But unless you're entering a competition or doing as display models do you really need all these steps just for gaming.... It's all up to the individual I guess.

Thanks!!! I agree with you. I mean there is ppl that have full armies in NMM and they look amazing but they spend like a year to paint 10-15 models while on the other hand you have guys like 200-300 models painted and they all play same on the table 😊 It all up to you and your free time.

How thin is "very thin",sir? As same as glaze?

Little more thicker than glaze. You dont want it to be very transparent.
