Personally, I believe that it is better not to write to the ex and keep the No Contact forever. If they want to come back, should be the ones....

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

Don’t do this. I would immediately perceive this as needy and they want me back. This is so typical mind games trying to appear cool but still interested and it’s better to straight up contact them telling them what you want or asking them how they are. I would not respond to someone who initiated the breakup unless it was clear what they wanted and they are taking the risk. This hiding behind fake excuses is so weak and everyone knows you are trying to come off as cool. And I would certainly never under no circumstances be the one to message these lame messages if they initiated the breakup.

If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Hope you see it so my ex contacted me after no contact we started talking i thought we were ready for a relationship so i asked her and she said not yet i gave her 1 and a half month and then asked her again she said she doesnt want to yet so i left her un delivered because she was acting dry and she was ignoring me its been 2 weeks she went to the same pool i went to yesterday we had a bit of eye contact but nothing special i showed her that i am happy with my friends and always havinf fun do u think we have a chance?

You're clearly her backup plan. I suggest to stop asking her if she's ready because if she dumped you, chances are the answer will always be a no. Rebuild attraction naturally instead and let her miss you. Never get hung up on this. A couple months back I did this exact step for step i even told her i had a story to tell her. All she did was post some guy on social media to make me jealous within days. And at step 5 she rejected meeting up. Then she deleted me on fb and havent spoke since very cold towards me. Dont do it

She's busy with someone else and in this case, it's never a good idea to contact because you'll automatically become the backup plan. Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. Hi coach before 2 months I replied to your video. I'm good without my ex and he nothing felt about the breakup. But now he and me in the same groups and he reply my texts in groups but we dont talk each other when we meet. But when I asking or messaging something about in group he replies that messages firstly among others. But he seems like he doesn't care or feel anything about the breakup.

Accept it with grace and be chill about it. Focus on texting and try not to meet up when one or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. Assuming you're both old enough to date, then other people's influence and outside opinion are all outside your control. It still has to be your ex's choice whether he allows himself to be influenced or not, regardless of who it is that's trying to influence. Just continue to do you and focus on stuff within your control, yeah? @breakupbradbrowning thank you for your personal response. It's an Enmeshed mother and son relationship, a lot of manipulation and obligatory guilt & it all became too overwhelming for him. He can't break up with his mum, but can break up with me despite how understanding I tried to be. You're right though, he is a 52 year old man, and it was still his choice. Thank you for your advice, I'll take a look at that link now.

Please advise she broke up i did no contact for 55 days worked on myself pretty hard and i tried connecting with her she met me we addressed the mistakes i made i apologised bcoz it was my mistake we met second time we kissed and thn she said she needs time to think about getting back together since thn we are meeting once twice every week and we are chilling and enjoying whenever we meet i dont spam her i wait 2-3 days to contact her but the only problem is i have to initiate contact most of the time she rarely does its been going on since 1-1.5 months what should be my next step to get her back????
