The guy in the red shirt is a old friend of mine. I remember him form back in middle school. He was always a outcast and coped with pain and depression by hiding behind a smile and laugh. Its cool to see he has over came some of his challenges.

your right, but you have to admit they are a great ery day snack especially if you experiment with how you like to eat 'em. some people like fluffy apples, some like an apple cut up and left to cool off for a min, some people like them cold, some room temp, some like em peeled and you even can make them dynamic, just cook'em. apples are the best, not to mention the different kinds - pink lady oofft!!!! cant go wrong

its amazing how tragedy can become triumph sometimes. Here are people who are affected by some pretty adverse situations and yet they still find ways to enjoy life and be blessings to others. The world needs to take a page out of these peoples books and look at life from a different spectrum.

I just posted this video in one of my discussion posts for school. As a student of mental health, it's important to find moments of positive psychological changes outside of school materials as well as in class discussions. I'm so happy to have found SoulPancake's Science of Happiness videos as wonderful examples of positive reinforcement :)

So my biggest strength is my creativity and willingness to try something new. (Does that count as two?!) I just finished writing the screenplay for a science fiction movie whose proof-of-concept trailer debuted at Comic-Con, and I am starting a children's book that I hope will help children and parents alike. I'm so excited! I used to be a veterinarian, a Web designer, and breeder of endangered toads. I've started making jewelry, and I want to finish writing my novel.
@SusannahPerri3 жыл бұрын
"What you think of me is no concern of mine." One of my favorite expressions that took me years to fully embrace. But for those who do embrace that concept, it frees you up to fully be yourself without trying to be what others want you to be! You asked for a video response; I made this one minute short video a few months ago which I also titled, "Is you glass half empty or half full?" kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnOqgp2wbLCXgtU, which I filmed at 1:30am after spending a day getting lost several times in New York City. When I finally found my way back to my rented apartment (I was only there for a week), I realized I was exhilarated despite the string of failed attempts to go in the right direction but constantly going the wrong way. Instead of fretting, I kept my head about me (watching out to avoid any danger), and used each situation as an opportunity to just wander and explore a few blocks I had not planned on finding and it was truly one of the best days of my life!

Good vid, I think my biggest strength would be my determination. I used to be extremely out of shape and maybe depressed but then I found fitness. I started eating better and working out. At first, people make fun of me about it or say I couldn't have maintain it, and at times when I feel like giving up I would remind myself the very reason I made this choice for myself. Now, I have thrived and transformed myself to a better, healthier and happier person. Never give up because it will get better

I'm a Glass Half Empty kinda guy. If I know my glass is half empty, my goal is to get it filled up to the top. Most people who prefer a Glass Half Full think they are happy and content because they still have a half of glass of water. This is a delusion as we know the water will run out, they will die of thirst. The people with Glass Half Empty won't give up on the struggle to keep that glass filled and will survive longer.
