What’s a good complete lower, and is the vltor a5 buffer worth it?

For a standard lower I like BCM, Centurion, SOLGW, Colt. For ambi I like LMT, LWRC, Radian, KAC (when you can find them). Yea, I think the Vltor A5 and similar set ups, like the BCM MK2 are a good upgrade to most guns.
