You could be going through perimenopause. The husband didn't change your hormones shifted. Look into this sisters. Don't leave a good man because you feel different, because something inside of your body is changing. Leaving a good man is not a wise solution and it won't fix your life.

When I heard Pastor Chaney say on Preacher’s of LA reunion show that his “next wife is going to be for him not the ministry, “ I was floored and understood exactly why the divorce took place. Those narcissistic traits are deeply rooted within. Myesha I applaud your strength and courage.

I can truly relate. We were walking on a pier in Biloxi Mississippi when the song by The Little River Band "Cool Change" came on. I knew deep in my heart that this relationship was over a long time ago and that it was time to get back to loving myself and putting myself as a priority instead of being in a relationship with a narristic man who only considered me as an option.

@lifewithtomova5346 I'd been with my ex for 22 years also. I had tried to leave him so many times in the past, but would be back together within weeks, because I was so scared to me on my own. This time felt different, like I'd finally had enough, and now I have no desire to even speak to him let alone get back with him. God has given me so much strength, I know I couldn't do it with Him.

When enjoyable things simply feel empty, it's over. The podcast culture men try gaslighting us by saying "Women just go off of their feelings" as if no intuition is present. Or they say we're chasing stimulation. Nah. We know when we're being mistreated and we've taken it so long that once we begin to establish a better value system with ourselves, we nearly can't co-exist with anyone nor anything that doesn't align with the better us.

If they are happy when their partner is gone, it could be because they cannot face the accountability required to be in a relationship. My brother was happy not being around his wife because he never wanted to face the issues in the marriage he caused.

Why get married to someone if you don't see forever? Why is divorce the run to these days? A 60 years old women who is staying with the marriage, knows what commitment mean. Marriage is ordaine by God, not therapist or the church.
@artistryarticle6859
@artistryarticle6859 9 ай бұрын
It's also not ordained by a 60 year old woman. It's also not our business for why people get divorced. We don't know what made them divorce. If someone's spouse divorces and leaves them, let's say the man ( since many of you seem to be more merciful towards men), what do they do? Be a we.irdo and try to make him stay?

You should watch her video for full content. Marriage is not a relationship of break up. You have to go through so much to get a divorce in the legal world . Just leaving someone because your not happy is no reason to divorce. Fight til their is no more fight left. To the bear bones if needed.

@@coolbrit56 I have NEVER heard a person in a healthy marriage say to say what you're saying. People in healthy marriages understand what it takes and don't simply say to stay by default. Some of you would rather people stay just to say they stayed based off old wives' gossip of "having a man". Could you tell us what to do if a husband doesn't want the marriage and divorces his wife? How can she (any wife, in general) stay married to a man who divorces her? Could you answer that? This isn't about remarrying a new person. Only what to do if a man leaves...what would you do? I noticed that's struggle love and stay to fight is only sold to women.
@coolbrit56
@coolbrit56 9 ай бұрын
@@artistryarticle6859 That;s not what anyone is saying here. We only know what she is sharing in these video's. So far, they have not been a message of hope, restoration, forgivieness, healing, or anything Christ-Centered. Divorce happens, we all know that. But these video's are not helping women having "it all". Not at all!!

Marriage is a man made contract…contracts can end at any time. Don’t confuse a legal agreement with being in a healthy relationship with someone. The difference is that now can the financial means to depend on themselves instead of needing to stick around some guy for survival….which is all the old generations did.

Marriage takes work and even Christians marry the wrong person more often than not. You have to marry who God has for you because God can see the changes that will take place that will not work in the future and sometimes we can see those issues up front also but still proceed. We have to really seek God and make sure that we are entertaining who God has for our personality, temperament etc and not someone who just works for the right now.
