This time felt different, like I'd finally had enough, and now I have no desire to even speak to him let alone get back with him. God has given me so much strength, I know I couldn't do it with Him.

Some of you would rather people stay just to say they stayed based off old wives' gossip of "having a man". Could you tell us what to do if a husband doesn't want the marriage and divorces his wife? How can she (any wife, in general) stay married to a man who divorces her? Could you answer that? This isn't about remarrying a new person. Only what to do if a man leaves...what would you do? Marriage takes work and even Christians marry the wrong person more often than not. You have to marry who God has for you because God can see the changes that will take place that will not work in the future and sometimes we can see those issues up front also but still proceed. We have to really seek God and make sure that we are entertaining who God has for our personality, temperament etc and not someone who just works for the right now.
