The love that this man showed was so tragically honorable. Because his wife died, he turned himself into a monster that even other monsters feared. When he learned that his son betrayed him, he respected his choice but he only showed sadness. When one of his followers / friends showed him that his loyalty was truly real, he reminded him, just like his wife, that there is indeed good in humanity, so he saved his life even though it was completely against his wishes. The love the Dracula had for people may have been shown in different ways but it was 100% pure, the man truly loved the people who were kind to him and those that he was kind to.

"Are you still...my friend, Issac?" He was willing to kill us all *_for his friend,_* no further questions asked, no hesitation. Now, I don't wanna do a genocide, but we all deserve a friend who loves us like that. It's often said a friend will help you move, but a real friend will help you move a body. Issac was willing to move ALL the bodies. And when his friend was betrayed, he put his own body and soul on the line. There never was or will be a greater friendship. It really was beautiful.

This is what I love about the villains of this show. Even in the end Dracula is still Issac’s friend and won’t stand for him sacrificing his mortal life for his. I imagine he would have done the same for Hector as well.

Dracula destroyed the trio attacking him. He only died because he let them kill him. Isaacs either knows how strength dracula is and still wants to devote his life to protecting him or even Isaacs is unaware of the truly immense power dracula has. Dracula was always gonna send him away. And he would be right to as Isaacs would do mnay good things in his future. He was just waiting until he was sure he would have to say goodbye.

In being willing to die for someone he eventually ended up on the path of learning how to want to live. It was glorious seeing this man who valued life so little because of how badly he was treated to finally finding happiness and a sense of purpose in nobody else but himself. We see a lot of stories of people sacrificing themselves and dying but we dont get to always see a lot of stories of people seen as side characters, marked for death, getting to live again.
