Thank you, Isaiah, for this kind of videos❤ You know, it feels like a self-recording mobile phone recording you expect to rewatch at home especially if you get a PR😂 The set, the fact that you're currently training alone is really familiar to me, because there are terrabytes of such things in my gallery. And whatching it from a different person on a popular youtube channel makes me feel happy and beats my lonelyness😊

Isaiah I have a question do you think that if you trained to peak once every 4 years instead of once a year would you gain more or less vertical
@Hensley_Jb3 ай бұрын
People need to peak for sport, so its not feasible, not to mention that would lead to long periods of the same thing which may lead to injury, fatigue, depression.In a perfect world it might though

@grass99-he6si2 ай бұрын
Mainly the soleous which is part of the calf but it is lower down and next to the achilies tendon, it transfers a lot to jumping strength and a little but of hypertrophy

If he uses his knee caps as a strong point of stability , the knee caps they start to stick more to the bones, which reduces flow of the synuvial fluid of the knee, which also reduces mobility of the knee, which may grow into pain surgery, knee replacement surgery. So he should be more cautious, the exercises he demonstrates because some of these junior coaches for example implement these exercises, give to the kids workouts , same time these parents invest millions of dollars, these kids to become Grand Athletes, one injury of this type, too often the career is over. Similar warm up exercise they make in Soccer, put knee caps on the Ground for Warm Up , then start run with reduced mobility, which too often leads to unwanted inflammation, pain, surgery and an Athletes career is over, because of wrong pre warm up routine. Stay Safe !
