I only did the first have of this warmup and had my first dunk. Never jump so high probebly added 3 inches.

Here’s what I ate today: -Bowl of cereal -Eggs and bacon -2 chicken tacos/2 steak tacos w/veggies -Protein shake -Baked ziti -Bowl of cereal I generally stay between 2800-3200 calories and basically maintain my same weight all year. I don’t count macros or calories and just stop eating when I’m full.

What do you recommend for mid air posture? I notice with myself and others close to dunking, we try to reach as high as we can with the ball in our hands, that we end up craning our necks up and our chests tilt up at an angle. Im wondering how much higher id reach if i was upright instead of leaning back

instead of leaning all the way back with ur back, try pushing ur armpit up into the air so you get a full extension but u dont end up pulling the ball to far back
