As long as you’re not pushy about them accepting your card, it’s okay. Business cards are a great networking tool. And networking happens even in an interview!

Nope. Stick to the classics when it comes to in-person interviews. A handshake at the beginning and one at the end always helps establish connect. And if the most of the folks don't give a handshake, then you stand out, even if in a trivial way.
