Your work gives me so much knowledge to build my home in my country. Personally, I prefer the secret roof because rain water will pour down on one side of the house and you can collect it easily. Impressive as always Mr Lamptey. Thank you. I respect your orderly construction worksites and your clean method of working. I am always shocked at the messy and often dangerous constructions work sites we see in Ghana videos. I had a tough time explaining to our artisans that i wanted my house construction. site to be clean and orderly. The artisans would tell me they clean up when the building is complete, but i insisted they cleared the broken blocks, nails and spilled cement each Friday. It made for a much safer working environment, especially as artisans here wear open sandals and make their own wooden scaffolding.

Housekeeping is very important. It's something i always try to implement. Hoping a lot of people are able to emulate same. Sometimes i make videos of how the site looks when not tidy and show it to them then they see the need to clean up always. This is a good video i am going to show yo them so they do the needful to the surroundings.

Two lovely two bedrooms. I like the open space in the first house; I also like the unobstructed flow throughout the house. Nice ! It would be nice to have some steps on the outside going to the roof. You could use that space on the roof to sit and entertain. I guess! The design of the house would be different! Is this the Pan African Village? Can you build something like that using interlocking bricks?

Yes the building is within the PAV. I currently do not build with interlocking blocks.

That's not confusion.as you start with building u will still wants to twick things a little bit to ur satisfaction.i did same to my building.had to constantly tell them to close here and open here so to get a modern taste but less cost ..
