This is a nice affordable house. Personally, I would like a little more space, but its a beautiful home. Well done! I guess, if this house was done with interlocking bricks, you could get more space for the same money or less. I maybe wrong!

Great work Ishmael and glad to see you installed the Solar system yourself. About the Solar heater, beside the 150 liter tank, do you still need to have another separate Polytank to store hot water? What capacity of solar heater would you recommend for a 5 bedroom house? Lastly, considering Ghana been hot/ summer temperature all year round do you see it useful/ economical to fit a house with either a water heater(boiler) or solar heaters?

Thank you. You don't need a separate tank to store the hot water as it is stored in the thermal tank. For a 5 bedroom house, a 200 liters or anything above will be fine. The solar water heater is very useful and economical as compared to electricity powered water heaters.
