Just throwing this out there, but I've heard multiple hermits talk about how they wish magma blocks were sold somewhere. While that isn't redstone, you could argue it still part of some item travel/mobkilling block. Also, I think Grian may be onto something about how hermits tend gravitate towards shops that they can fly right into. Might be worth making a hole in the top to break up the bland and give overhead access so people can fly in and fly out.

Definitely want openings between the connected shops; your own superstore. Doesn't need to be open plan, it's nice to have different themes, just need firm doorways and maybe a blocking wall, like a movie theater having a wall blocking the light from the doorway.

Edit: Cool suggestion; You could have a service where you build redstone devices for people. I think the other redstone shops are owned by builders, so a redstone device building service would be exclusive to your shop. 19:06 I suspect Etho hahaha. He always puts enchanting setups at all his xp farms on his let's play world. He's actually the reason why I started to do that in my survival worlds. It's very convenient, and then you never waste any xp after you reach lvl 30.

You should just make shops in the same style as the slime shop with what you are selling in a cube at the top. Example redstone is another cube building and stone could be another and whatever else you want to sell.

what you could do in the towers of your redstone shop is maybe some kind of show room with small redstone contraptions. you could also make some windows beside the contraptions as a fun detail so the redstone machines will invite you into the brand new redstone corporation.
