Increase power and strength in the bridge!
Make sure that you push as hard as you can! And make sure to load the barbell so that it doesn't move!
Do 2-4 sets where you push for 3 x 3-6 seconds with 5-10 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes between the sets.
