The thing that affected me most was not seeing anyone new. When we went back to school I just felt embarrassed talking to anyone for a good few months and would go red immediately thinking I might be something wrong for no reason until I stopped caring!!! I still want to care less about other people's opinions I guess I'm merging two comments into one p.s. I love Bernie

This is my first short film and was filmed entirely from my phone! It wasn't quite the video I was planning on making to re-start (launch? idk) my channel but life and covid had other plans and now we're here. Pls enjoy

I watched your videos from the latest back to Isolation: the new normal. I was struck that it was from 4 years ago. This video proves that you need not worry about how good your content will be. You have always had the creative ability to make exceptional videos. Listening to the alarm clock echo into the darkness brought tears to my eyes. I love your work and I love the range of honest emotions you bring to the camera. You are truly the best.

I missed the pandemic. Well, I didn’t exactly miss it, I was stuck in the middle of it. But had to carry on as near normal as possible. Essential role, so they say. Surrounded by people in a ‘social care’ setting, driving to work and between work places on nearly empty roads… but still doing my normal routine among others doing their normal routine, except with a heightened sense of risk and - eventually - daily wear of PPE for the full shift. I’m a bit of a loner anyway so getting home and locking the door and not having to see anyone felt soooo good! 🤣

I was an essential worker (IT) throughout the pandemic, so I had the flip side of spending 3 hours/day on crowded Tokyo trains. When the inevitable happened, it took me nearly a year to recover. Yippee. That whole period was just soooo messed up for everybody. I think we all really struggled to find healthful ways to deal with all the stress. I know it was hell for me. I'm glad you got through it.

Wow. Thank you for sharing this. Some people absolutely had it worse than others, I was lucky that the only thing I really had to 'complain' about was just the huge change. Well done for doing what you do, and for recovering and coming out healthy(?) on the other end.

@@CharlotteElizabeth3000 Things are better. When things fell apart, I got downsized from the company. That didn't contribute to a sense of stability. 🤣 Anyway, at 62 I find myself now being a full-time indie game dev. Did not see that transition coming.
