Is the pronator teres the reason for medial elbow pain?

Is this workout good for maintaining the strength and composition of a prior torn UCL? My UCL made a near full recovery but every now n then it will feel inflammation or pain, would this help solve that issue? Thank you.

Please help! I hurt that exact area of my right arm during the eccentric part of a weighted chin up. It felt like a strong pinch and burning sensation and since that one rep I have forever got the same pain if I attempt a chin up or neutral grip pull up. Also for a very long time if I do any sort of bicep curl, the soft part of my elbow seems to get enflamed and tight and I find it painful to straighten my arm fully for a couple of minutes afterwards. Do you think this is my issue?

Distal bicep insertion problems. Numbness? Tingling? Does supination hurt?

@@marquez2390 then dont do chin ups. Haha. Probably distal biceps insertion, but UCL pain can happen in full elbow extension or abduction with external rotation in a pitching position.
