This podcast is so on point because it has led to so many real convos with my teenage children. Y'all prob have no idea the impact you're having. Literally, changing lives. Do not ever stop. Please.

Alex is going to learn that Izzy doesn't get mad, he gets even. Izzy is the greatest middleweight of all time and it's funny how quickly people forget this. He is the most feared alpha apex predator in this game. This is a man that had the greatest fight of all time against Gastelum. Knocked out and embarrassed Whittaker on his home soil. And straight up violated and humiliated Costa. Put some damn respect on his name. He is so great it almost makes me want to cry. I love him so much. Makes me so damn proud to be NAIJA 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬! We fight, we cry, we are hung, we love this is what it means to be NAIJA!!!

I and a friend are trying to build an MMA promotion out here in Nigeria and let me tell you, he’s right. The talent is there and the will is plentiful. If the coaching and the facilities catch up, we’re coming. There’s a gap in that most strikers can’t grapple, and most grapplers can’t really strike well, but that’s when the coaching comes in. Once we mix our traditional wrestling styles with the foreign ones like BJJ or Greco-Roman, and get proper Muay Thai coaches, these boys are coming.
