Interesting….this is…biased&partial. IF the Palestinians had be the original people of the region for thousands&thousands of years, you think they’d be any better than they are now? Painting Palestine as the ultimate victim isn’t the move. They’ve broke ceasefires, they’ve massacred their own people, they’ve been shunned by their own Muslim neighbors while also being sent by those same countries to carry out suicide missions so they have plausible deniability&aren’t loosing their own people. Israel isn’t blameless either, do not twist my damned words. If you want to be taken serious by people outside of the echo chamber, do not play one side being biased. Look into the whole thing&see the details of the picture. Look farther back to when the land was first inhabited. Then work your way towards current times. See how that entire region has been, how many people have laid sacred claim to it&are the true heirs if it. Even if some of them didn’t have a connection to it religiously or ethnically until “recently”, less than two thousand years. Theirs one way this is going to end, one side as the victor. Otherwise, they’ll continue trading blows, one side breaking a peace agreement, the other retaliates. Then rinse, &switch sides. Sometimes one side takes a few turns in the same position, same with the other. Palestine, they want to genuinely eradicate out Israel. If Israel wanted to wipe out all Palestinians, they could’ve a long time ago&quickly. They could do it now&quicker. Even if Israel took a peaceful stance from any point, we would’ve seen Palestinians attacking them. My solutions, leave them be. Let them hash it out because they’re going to with or without any outside influence supporting or opposing. Go in strong, hard&fast. Disarm every weapon in the region. Occupy them, make sure nothing gets in that’s not from the coalition of nations that are occupying them to prevent any weapons. Force them to play nice&if they start back up again after leaving the zone, either come back or let them hash it out. That’s not really a plausible strategy&very wasteful. Force an evacuation. Glass the region. Turn it in a “eternal fire” zone with as much artillery as it takes to make it inhabitable. Worse than it is now. Let them find a new holy land to fight over. Which makes that another wasteful scenario. Basically every scenario besides let them handle it themselves is wasteful. That region has always been entrenched in conflict, no matter who was there. Spurts of peace, then it kicks off again&eventually it ends until the next neighbor comes along.

None of those are on the Jews of today so you just wasted your time typing all that garbage out. It's so weird how Piers audience/comments are all pro terrorist while projecting.. I mean, we're all educated enough to know that Hamas exists and uses them as human shields. Before you reprobates disagree, why aren't the civilians allowed in the tunnels then? They're only for Hamas? Can you not put two and two together? Why wouldn't Hamas shelter Palestinians while the fight for their freedom? Is it because of the concepts like martydom and jihad? The Hamas charter literally says they are there to kill the Jews. Why can't you acknowledge this? The IDFs retaliatory terrorism is retaliatory. Big whoop. I'm pro Israel and fully aware that Israel are boming women and children. They are trying not to by sending all kinds of communications NO OTHER COUNTRY has ever done in the same fashion.. If Hamas puts Palestinians under harms way by shooting rockets at Israel, what exactly is going on in this situation? Is that Israel's fault? It's Israel's fault that Hamas are shooting at Israel next to women and children? It's Israel's fault they fire back? All rockets fired are Israel's fault? Is anything Hamas' fault? Let alone the Palestinians for celebrating Oct 7th and having majority support for Hamas' actions.

It's fascinating and admirable how Norman stays focused on the core of the problem rather than getting bogged down by personal grievances or distractions. His ability to remain unfazed by petty criticism and his refusal to engage in unnecessary explanations demonstrates his commitment to facts. Kudos to him. And no, not all questions have black and white answers; some are open to debate, just like the answers themselves. This is why advocates and lawmakers engage in a series of debates before reaching conclusions.

Shmuley just said South Africa lost their case. Shmuley doesn't read. He is a talker. South Africa prevailed on all of their provisions except the "ceasefire," which they did not need because of the wording in the ICJ ruling and the other provisions that would require a ceasefire to accomplish the provisions. Shmuley is also repeating myths spread by the IDF. The court wrote, "Israel must take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip" (p. 23). The Court further ordered Israel by sixteen votes to one, to "take all measures within its power to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza strip" (p. 25). You can read the order at the ICJ website. It is only 29 pages.
