Israeli army raids West Bank, killing at least 11 Palestinians

Hundreds of Israeli troops backed by helicopters, drones and armoured personnel carriers raided the flashpoint cities of Jenin and Tulkarm and other areas in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, killing at least 11 Palestinians.
The assault, one of the largest seen in the West Bank for months, followed a series of smaller raids in the area over recent weeks as Israeli forces sought to crush groups of fighters from Palestinian militant groups.
“I entered the house to find it all damaged from the inside,” said Masoud Naaja, a Palestinian father near Tubas. “My wife asked me what happened, I told her and asked her to go check on our children on the rooftop. When she moved to the rooftop, she found three of our children - Two, may they rest in peace, and one was injured.”
Israeli Prime Minister's Office (PMO) spokesperson David Mancer said that "in Jenin, three armed terrorists who posed a threat to our forces were eliminated in (an) aerial strike. In Jenin and Tulkarm, our forces eliminated two more armed terrorists."
