Morning Jk I wouldn't say necessary but it does help alot the owner of this dmax has sold this one now and has the new model first thing he done was put another external trans cooler on it

@@jkpisces just realised this is the catchcan video and not the trans cooler haha 100% a catch can is recommended to help keep your intake clean, in regards to the trans cooler he's fully loaded for work all the time and tows a trailer with it and also when on holidays a caravan he reckon its made a huge difference to his engine and trans temps as they no longer share the radiator
