I cheated on a Japanese project using D&D dwarvish. Basically while presenting a project about myself, we were supposed to make a script, but we couldn’t write anything on it. We were supposed to draw stuff and we were supposed to translate it. But! Instead, since I am… not good at Japanese… I tried to find a way to write my script. So I wrote my entire reading script in dwarvish, drawing random things there because of the fact that the teacher had to check it. I basically put the pronunciation in dwarvish and I had the key to the letters of Dwarvish on my hand. I got an A on it, and I didn’t get caught. Which surprised me, because goddamn it, I was basically translating it as I read it.

As someone who has autism the whole "gendering someone correctly isn't hard" upsets me some. If I had known the person, for long enough as one thing... it is EXTREMELY hard to rewire my brain to process that information right away. It'll take time. I had one person who... is not my friend anymore, come out as trans, m2f. And for the first week it was force of habit to use male pronouns, cause that's what I knew them as and hadn't unlearned it yet. I say first week, because after that they weren't around to all our friends saying I'm anti-trans and that I dead named them purposefully (it wasn't, just... habit that I was working on correcting cause brain is stupid) And I proceeded to loose many friends over how my autistic brain processes new changes to things that are baked in for half my life. I knew them for 20 years, and having to change and adapt that fast... isn't easy for me. It can be hard, please understand not everyone can pick it up and swiftly change habit over night.

The internet has convinced people that introvert=shy book person who never wants to talk to anyone except that one close friend and extrovert = parties, getting the ketchup from the person at the counter, being that loud and (sometimes obnoxious) friend, and getting lonely super easily When really all it boils down to is that school conditions us into aligning confidence with social acceptance. If you choose to spend your time alone, you are told that you are weird, don't have a lot of friends, and often alienate others because you don't *need* their validation at all times, whereas people who are more social are more likely to go to parties and put themselves out there and be more active in the school social scene. You are allowed to grow and enjoy the company of others as an introvert. You are allowed to be confident in social situations. In fact, it may be less draining if you are, since it'll be less stressful to complete social tasks. That doesn't mean you have to go to parties all the time or keep up with your extrovert. It just means you don't have to exclude yourself from things that sound fun just because you're 'introverted'. 17:05 There's a reason that the traditional symbol for secret societies is an architect's compass superimposed over a pentagram. Use a compass to draw a pentagram, and it will always come out a perfect circle. You can make one out of a stick and a rag in ten seconds. It's not hard.

Oh there’s a couple ways people draw perfect large circles for real world ceremonial magic. Sometimes you literally can just eyeball it, sometimes you can measure out a couple points at equal distance from the center and get it more or less perfect But if you want it exactly perfect, it’s as simple as a steak in the ground and a loop of rope, literally same mechanics as a compass just bigger. And if it doesn’t need to be too big another is to stand in one spot, hold a stick or other marking utensil out in front of you, and then spin around once.
