If you are working from India, better work with European clients, If you work with an American client and you have to do a night shift, your health and circadian rhythm will go for a toss, moreover European clients in general give more value to work life balance
@abhimukh19378 ай бұрын
Started working with US clients back in 2007, experience was mixed. After that have worked with clients from different countries. Experience depends clearly on the people we interface with. Aus, European clients are easier to work with

Hi Pavan - I worked for European clients for a very long time. It was a conscious decision as i was a new mother at that time. While work life balance was decent, the flip side is less to no learning and exposure. It is very hard to grow your business with European clients. If a person wants a decent life as well as learning, I would recommend clients operating in EST time zone. Insist clients on starting their day with you. It works well. One call out is EST also gets tough during day light saving

Amazing insights!! ❤❤ Please make a detailed video on growing technologies in IT sector which don't have a steep learning curve and can be learned & implemented quickly. Additionally, please make a detailed video on learning Android app development or data engineering, with respect to the above point.

Please make a video for Project manager ( Auto & IT ) especially their growth trajectory, I am right now managing projects in Digital Transformation and Digitalilsation. I migrated to Australia just because of work culture. I really like to work with Aussie people. They are really nice and working with them is really fun. But best is to work for product based companies. In consulting companies if its well known Indian consulting companies then you will get similar experience as India. 😢

Having an Australian Client is really beneficial. Australian Clients really prioritize their Family 👍🏻. Instead of increasing the salary, they would add in the stocks from their end 👍🏻. So its better to go for the technical interview even if the pay increase is on a lesser hike. Check if the stocks are also a part of the overall compensation 👍🏻 With product companies, its very difficult yo push the salary. But with service based companies, we can push the ballmark figure 🎉 With two technologies, one can have an upper hand in the job market 👌🏻
