It's great. I hadn't watched it for yrs, found a season four (not as good as the others, and Lineham knows it-thus there is no season 5): so binge watched all four seasons twice over a couple of weeks. So sad there isn't more. That is the nature of all the best art.

@@rocketassistedgoat1079 The reason there is no season 5 is many of the actors in the show have went on to bigger and better things so were no longer available. Season 4 isn't as good as it was thrown together last minute during a very small window that all of the main cast were available.

I feel the same more or less. I used to like football when I was younger but I lost interest in it as the years went by. These days you would have to pay me A LOT to watch football on telly because watching football on telly is so mind numbingly boring. However if I got invited by a mate to watch a match in person I reckon I'd go. Being there in person you just feel more involved and the atmosphere sucks you in!

I am a big football fan myself but I understand how stupid it must seem to those uninterested in football that a good chunk of the entire country puts so much emotional importance on something that doesn't really matter. It matter to me and tens of millions of others but to them, it must induce so much eye rolling and scoffing. I suppose the closest equivalent would be some women's obsession with shoes.
