There is no power struggle lmao. We had so much change and direction within a short space of time. With only a limited time in order to work out a transfer strat. Also on the 'not fit for purpose transfer strat' I don't think that was in relation to Isak, Botman, Gordon. It was more in regards to likes of Miggy, Wilson, Targett, Lewis, Hayden, Dubs, Krafth, among others that we're FAILING to move on. We can barely move our deadwood. That has to change. Our squad isn't able to improve, cause we've still got areas from the previous place that need to be moved on. These players, lot of them are on big wages too. While yes PSR is a mess, and we want to remain in good books, but you gotta understand, for the benefit of the club, we need to be moving the deadwood on better, and actually fill the squad with players that would boost it better. Too much has been placed upon this 'power struggle' stuff, when I doubt it's not even that bad. Just trying to look what's best for the club, and having different ideas, can benefit the club. We NEED to have a better transfer structure at the club, like look at Brighton. They've been able to splash the cash this season, all cause of the great selling they've been able to do. Can we do that? Can we hell. At the end, if it doesn't change, we'll lose our big names, and have to go again. While the deadwood will STILL be here.

Wow TalkSport since when is a youtuber fan an expert? Sorry Matty but imo ya wrong re England, the other guys made more sense. No way is Eddie going to England. If he left it'd be for another club, no day to day would be his nightmare. The media are constantly wanting to drive negativity around us, we cannot do that too, you need to be more positive when you have a voice for our club. Interesting view on Nagelsman, I personally think Mitchell has come in acting the big I AM instead of going for a smooth transition, the guy needs to learn Change Management clearly. A lot to do with the bad timing of all the changes made in hierarchy. I think Eddie has a lot of backing and the 2 will work things out for the good of the club. Mitchell will be tested in January for sure. I think the whole 'not fit for purpose' was referring more to the scouting system that Ashworth put in, not Eddie's choices and it is blown out of proportion by Media. Also that we are not doing more trading, going for promising talent and utilising this in the squad and selling on for profit, like Brighton, who snapped up a lot of players we were linked to. Post City game, I think Eddie got his tactics for the game and his in-game management spot on, his subs were excellent, something last season we were all frustated at, Joelinton had an interesting role in the game, often dropping into defence to help Lewis Hall. We are showing huge signs of improvement and if we can keep getting results and maintain consistency til January I think Mitchell will be given a chance to come good.

this "not fit for purpose" comment being used time and time again to try and build some kind of internal discontent or "power struggle" is such dross, its clear that the transfer strategy that was in play before Mitchell came to NUFC was not fit for purpose as before this season started, just about every single "expert" was talking about how newcastle would have to sell Isak,Bruno or Gordon to keep within PSR and N'castle was indeed forced to sell, now newcastle managed to keep hold of their most valuable players but still had to sell 2 players in Anderson and Minteh that nobody wanted to see leave. Having to sell your most promising young players in a panic to not get a points reduction is a transfer policy thats not fit for purpose..... Thats not an attack on the players Howe have identified for transfers before his time or Howes job as the manager, but at the ppl who made those player purchases(Dan Ashworth) that put the club in a position where they where forced to sell players the club wanted to keep.
