Akasan the area Rogue and Sunspot was fighting Bastion is The Blue Area Of The Moon. It’s an area in the moon that the Skrulls made breathable with oxygen millions of years ago. It’s also the spot where the final fight in the Dark Phoenix Saga took place. As for season 2, Beau DeMayo already made season 2. Marvel is about to start animation fairly soon and should hopefully be out by late 2025 / Early 2026. As for Season 3, DeMayo spoke to marvel ideas for it but NO script was written for it. Rumor has it Marvel might make both Season 2 and 3 close to each other to cut down on production time.

Not Skrulls, but Kree.

@@Mertaranta the Skrulls made the area as a testing area for the Kree. Long story short, in Hala both the Kree and Cotati existed. At the time the Skrulls were peaceful and tried an experiment for 1 year. As a test each group was put on a different moons. The Kree were in the blue part of earths moon and Cotati in another moon of another planet. The Kree made a city, the Cotati made a forest. When both returned to Hala. The Skrulls were more impressed by the forest. So the Kree out of anger revolted, killed the Cotati and those peaceful Skrulls. The Kree took the Skrull’s ship; learned the Skrulls technology and became the Kree you know now.

I was NOT expecting this series to be this god damn GOOD holy shit. Brought me back to my childhood with more adult themed tone to it. Props to all the writers/animators it has been AMAZING and can't wait for next season. I REALLY hope we also get Sipider-Man animated revive because of this. Awesome job as always Akasan with the reactions. been following since 2016, glad to see you're still creating content dude. Can't wait for The Boys!!

That precious moment between cable and jean and scott. It shows what that feeling of great importance to the characters really shows. And I couldn't be happier about that.😭😭❤❤ And an important fact. When Bastion broke his teconorganic arm. And the x men when trying to stop another extinction. They were teletrapped due to the cable time travel device.

I'm glad you noticed the underlining to Charles and Magneto in the episode, so far I haven't seen other reactors mention it if they did have the same thought. Charles and Magneto are meant to be seen as brothers rather than lovers ultimately, but it's pretty clear that the way their conversation is written, right from when they come out as mutants to one another, is meant to mirror, or at least reference, a coming out story and a story of that struggle such as we know them from the LGBT community.

I know the Phoenix moment may feel random to some but all Phoenix hosts that have already made contact with the force often have a spark of it left within them. A single spark of Phoenix flame can resurrect and give a huge power boost. But its used up now. From here on unless the Phoenix itself comes for Jean she will stay dead if she dies again.

Marvel has had a pattern of turning Jean into the Phoenix when she dies or right on the verge of death but it usually takes longer for her to resurrect every time. I don't think its on purpose but its just what's happened in the comics and even this show.

Its really just for what best fits the narrative. Sometimes it takes seconds for her to resurrect, sometimes it takes a millenia. Jean also can self resurrect without Phoenix. The limits to her powers are just what the writer at the time wants.

Since the x-men 97 show-runner fired situation(Beau DeMayo) for x-men 97 which includes a return of characters like wolverine and cyclops....the agenda was going to be even stronger with x-men 97 season 2 with a gender swapped wolverine and other characters with the use of the multiverse. DeMayo wanted more gender swapping than Bob Iger/Kevin Feige had planned.
