Everton under Dyche has only 3 wins this season, only scored 15 in 19 games (4 of which came in 1 game), 11 games out 19 this season Everton haven't scored. Southampton only have 1 win (that was against Everton). 9 wins in the whole of 2024 and out of 92 clubs Everton are ranked 91st for goals scored. Everton went 4 months without a win last season (an unwanted club record). Some fans but especially the press and pundits, that never watch Everton but weirdly think Dyche is amazing (check out his final season at Burnley also) are deluded. The man would have been sacked in that 4 month winless streak if a proper owner and board was in charge.

Everton are poor but if they actually attacked like most teams then they would score more. The record under Dyche this season is dire.

The squad is nowhere near as bad as these pundits make it out. These clowns think Dyche was the Kettering Klopp. Moyes had a competitive side at West Ham and most knowledgeable West Ham fans appreciated top 6 challenges. Right now that's where Everton would love to get to, its about stability for the next 12 months and see where it goes from there, money will be available but not masses, but then again, with the money and loans Dyche had he hasn't done enough with the players he signed.

Only conceded 8 goals in the remaining 14 games, 7 of those 14 where clean sheets. Think you need to check some facts first of all regarding the defence. Dyche has not lost his job for his defence its his lack of attacking tactics and the teams lack of goals and wins. He sets up and plays for 0-0.

Yes David MOyes did try to push the club forward.....and he couldn't do it....and he conceded 74 goals in a season. We'll be having this same conversation in 18 months time except it won't be Sean Dyches name it will be David Moyes. Moyes plays a brand of football that has been found out by modern managers. As for the OBE it just shows how much we celebrate failure in this country, for him to get an OBE is laughable.
