I always fall asleep, gratefully when I hear your voice. My Sister left her useless body on March 31st. I’m the only person left in my birth family. No one in my Sister’s family ever communicated with me before she left and I don’t expect them to now. I have my husband, grown son and daughter and grandchild. I also have my husband’s family whom I love. It’s OK…….It’s OK. I am grateful. Much love to you Lauren, in oneness! 🙏🏻❤️🕊

I was fortunate to have been one of the first to try this one out last night. I was a little scatter-brained when I layed my self down to sleep. It took a few minutes for me to settle in and get in sync with you (normal stuff). I like this meditation for it's organic "feel" to it. I could really perceive you as talking directly to me, almost as if you actually in the room with me (I wish, lol). I noticed (just before drifting off to sleep) that you used some of the repeated (looped?) affirmations technique, like Dauchsy and Mr Stephensen use sometimes. I have mixed feelings about that technique. If I'm drifting off before I notice they are repeating, it's fine. But, sometimes if I notice it before I am well on my way to dreamland it can be distracting. (I fell asleep though). Just my two cents. You know I LOVE your work. Happy Holidays Lauren :)

Aah thank you. I generally do this with the last possibly 4 minutes and loop into a fade out. I do believe I do this in most videos so that there is a quiet fade out with repetition.

According to the New York Times, the phrase it is what it is appeared as early as an 1949 article by J.E. Lawrence in The Nebraska State Journal. Lawrence used the phrase when describing the difficulty faced during frontier-era life in Nebraska: “New land is harsh, and vigorous, and sturdy. It scorns evidence of weakness. There is nothing of sham or hypocrisy in it. It is what it is, without apology.” It is what it is picked up steam in the 21st Century. A 2004 USA Today article by Gary Mihoces, titled “It is what it is,” pointed out that the phrase had become popular in sports about losses. Mihoces cited over a dozen examples of athletes and coaches using the phrase in that year alone.

I would actually like this if it wasn't for that music in the background. I wish people would do something that had environmental audio for a background instead of that really annoying electronic, new-age music. That is such an automatic turn off for me, sorry.
