I’m Soo Very Grateful to you Lauren💕for all U do to help.. If possible I’d love if you’d do another meditation for Healing from Trauma & the importance of Trauma Informed Care. My own Trauma is deeply Psychological & I’ve been so retraumatized for 5 years in 🇬🇧 UK, they just don’t “get it” here💔 I’ve tried every therapy in 12 years for this, except going into Residential Trauma Care I was initially recommend to go to. it’s all down to lack of knowledge, ignorance & money to access this Care for a month or so & that’s been another Trauma in itself It’s totally broken me: I’ve lost my “System of Meanings”, I’ve got Cognitive Dissonance.& endless symptoms of Cptsd & Trauma 24/7 & I’m in a daily descent into Hell ...living with more Trauma... I’m 34 and have had severe panic disorder my whole life. I’m constantly searching for videos to help aid me during those terrifying and crippling moments. Your videos (especially this one) have been immensely helpful. Thank you so much. ❤ also, another calming component for me, which is admittedly a bit on the sillier side, is that your lovely voice reminds me of Lady Galadriel in Lord of the Rings, played by the wonderful Cate Blanchett.
